You hope it never happens, you may have insurance, or security measures in place, but if it does happen that your premises is damaged, we can act quickly and effectively to restore security to your premises, to provide glass, either from stock or by special order. and to make good a repair that will leave your premises looking as good as new.

Emergency Glazing Service
We operate a 24 hour call-out service, which, for a very reasonable fee, means that a skilled Union Glass technician can be on-site within an hour to deal with your emergency.

Security is the first imperative, and if we can't fit new glass there and then, we board-up your premises to standards that will ensure your insurance cover is valid. We will then measure up and take all details, and cut glass to size in our workshop. Then, by appointment we will arrange for a suitable time to refit the new glass.

In the case of large shop-fronts we will provide estimates as necessary, liaise with your insurers, and order direct from the maufacturers of glass. Then we organise a time suitable for you - our customer - when the manufacturer will deliver the glass to your premises, and we supply a skilled team of people who will re-fit your shop-front. We will coordinate the whole process ensuring the minimum disruption to you, and the fastest road back to a full restoration your premises.
